Several districts/cities in Bali province still record a relatively low level of second dose vaccination compared to other areas. Some of these districts/cities include Buleleng, Karangasem, and Bangli regencies.
As of yesterday, these three regencies have only completed 1.04 million doses for the second dose vaccination out of the expected target of 1.2 million vaccine recipients.
Buleleng Regency is ranked first. As of yesterday, the second dose vaccination in this region has recorded 84.54 percent. This figure is the lowest compared to the other nine districts/cities. Meanwhile, for the first dose, as of yesterday, 95.41 percent has been achieved, or 1.33 million vaccine recipients.
This district/city's vaccination program is planned to target 615,180 participants. According to data from the Ministry of Health, the average vaccination last week in Buleleng was 6,649 participants. The current vaccine stock is 40,578 doses.
Next is Karangasem Regency. For the second dose vaccination, this area is ranked second lowest. With a vaccine target of 379,920 participants, 88.29 percent or 335,410 participants have been successfully vaccinated.
The first dose achievement is recorded at 101.98 percent, or 886,350 vaccine recipients. According to data from the Ministry of Health, the average vaccination last week in Karangasem was 7,958 participants. The current vaccine stock is 48,632 doses.
Bangli Regency is ranked third. With a vaccine target of 205,250 participants, 88.55 percent or 181,750 participants have been successfully vaccinated for the second dose. According to data from the Ministry of Health, the average vaccination last week in Bangli was 2,303 participants. The current vaccine stock is 67,524 doses.
At the provincial level, the total first dose vaccination in Bali has reached 105.62 percent, or 3.99 million vaccine recipients. The second dose vaccination has reached 96.87 percent, covering 3.66 million vaccine recipients.
