Average Length of Schooling in Karang Asem Rises to 6.98 Years

The average length of schooling (RLS) for residents aged 25 and over in Karang Asem, Bali, was 6.98 years in 2025.

According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the RLS for residents in the region was below the Bali Province average of 9.75 years in 2025.

Karang Asem's RLS increased by 0.28 years (4.18%) compared to the previous year, which was 6.7 years. Meanwhile, in the last five years, the RLS has increased by 0.66 years (10.44%).

This RLS indicates that the average resident of Karang Asem only attended school up to the 6th grade of elementary school. However, this RLS is still below the national average RLS of 9.07 years in 2025.
