This figure is equivalent to 1.85 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2.14 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 56.69 percent of the target.
Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 24,600 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 24,600 people (111.45 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 106.22 percent or 26,130 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 225,260 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 161,270 people (71.59 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 63.44 percent, or 142,900 people.
The elderly target was 196,630 people. For the first dose, 107,070 people were vaccinated (54.45 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 34.58 percent, or 67,990 people.
The vulnerable general public target was 1.37 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly given to 1.11 million people (84.72 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 53.08 percent, or 674,100 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 314,610 people. For the first dose, 254,450 people were vaccinated (80.88 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 52.91 percent, or 166,470 people.
