The implementation of the third dose of vaccination across all regions has been underway for one semester. The latest development in the third dose vaccination rate in North Sumatra shows that Samosir Regency has the highest rate, currently reaching 52.39 percent as of Sunday, January 1, 2023.

Previously, the achievement for the first dose in this regency had reached 114.15 percent, and the second dose at 106.11 percent. In this region, a total of 279,000 doses have been administered to 102,330 vaccine recipients.

Pakpak Bharat Regency follows in second place. Compared to the previous week, the vaccination achievement in this regency has reached 47.08 percent. In this regency, a total of 279,000 doses have been administered to 102,330 vaccine recipients. The achievement for the third dose vaccination is recorded at 47.08 percent.

Following this, the achievement of the third dose vaccination in other regions are: Humbang Hasundutan Regency with 36.1 percent, Sibolga City with 32.91 percent, and Toba Samosir Regency with 32.12 percent.

Nationally, Indonesia's third dose vaccination is currently at 29.19 percent. This achievement has not significantly changed compared to the previous day.

Based on the target number of vaccine recipients, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Health dashboard, the national vaccination rate for the first dose has reached 86.94 percent and the second dose at 74.47 percent.
