Padang Panjang City ranked first with the highest weekly hospital inpatient use at 3.55 patients per 100,000 population/week. The weekly hospital inpatient use in this city shows no improvement, as it increased compared to the previous week, which recorded 1.77 patients per 100,000 population/week.
The same condition occurred in Solok City, which recorded weekly hospital inpatient use of 2.64 patients per 100,000 population/week. This figure is lower than the previous week, which was also 2.64 patients per 100,000 population/week. Next is Padang City. This city in West Sumatra Province recorded weekly hospital inpatient use of 2.51 patients per 100,000 population/week.
Bukittinggi City and Payakumbuh City followed, recording weekly hospital inpatient use of 0.72 patients per 100,000 population/week and 0.7 patients per 100,000 population/week, respectively.
Nationally, the average weekly hospital inpatient use across the 34 provinces is currently on an upward trend compared to the previous week, which was only 2 patients per 100,000 population/week.
