Vaccination Coverage in South Kalimantan Reached 84.11% of the Target as of Saturday, August 13, 2022

As of Saturday, August 13, 2022, South Kalimantan Province has achieved an 84.11% vaccination rate for the first dose. This equates to 3.03 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 3.6 million people. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 67.26% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 26,570 recipients. For the first dose, 26,570 people were vaccinated (130.71% of the target), and for the second dose, 128.23% or 34,080 people were vaccinated.

For public sector workers, the target was 319,780 people. The first dose vaccination reached 236,490 people (73.96% of the target), and the second dose reached 70%, or 223,830 people.

For the elderly, the target was 258,550 people. The first dose was administered to 221,420 people (85.64% of the target). The second dose reached only 61.24%, or 158,350 people.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 2.15 million people. The first dose was administered to 1.8 million people (85.51% of the target). The second dose reached only 68.21%, or 1.43 million people.

For adolescents aged 12-17, the target was 402,120 people. The first dose was administered to 386,630 people (96.15% of the target). The second dose reached 79.94%, or 321,460 people.
