By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 189,910 recipients. For the first dose, 189,910 people were vaccinated (145.96% of the target), and for the second dose, 141.31% of the target was achieved, or 268,350 people.
Public sector workers were targeted at 2.07 million. The first dose vaccination reached 3.59 million people (173.15% of the target), and the second dose reached 152.83% of the target, or 3.16 million people.
The elderly target was 4.34 million people. For the first dose, 2.48 million people were vaccinated (57.1% of the target). The second dose reached only 33.54% of the target, or 1.45 million people.
The target for the vulnerable general public was 21.64 million people. For the first dose, 13.65 million people were vaccinated (63.43% of the target). The second dose reached only 41.37% of the target, or 8.87 million people.
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 3.59 million. The first dose was administered to 3.01 million people (83.83% of the target). The second dose reached 65.77% of the target, or 2.36 million people.
