Average Years of Schooling for Lombok Tengah Residents Until 5th Grade of Primary School in 2025

The average years of schooling (RLS) for residents aged 25 and above in Lombok Tengah, West Nusa Tenggara, was 7.08 years in 2025.

According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the RLS for residents in the region was below the average for West Nusa Tenggara Province, which was 8.21 years in 2025.

The RLS for Lombok Tengah residents increased by 0.35 years (5.2%) compared to the previous year's 6.73 years. Meanwhile, in the last five years, the RLS rose by 0.8 years (12.74%).

This RLS indicates that the average Lombok Tengah resident only attended school up to the seventh grade. However, this RLS is still below the national average RLS of 9.07 years in 2025.
