The average expenditure of people in Sambas Regency to purchase "other" items in 2023 was Rp36.57 per capita per week. This value increased compared to the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp27.45 per capita per week.

The four largest expenditures of residents for the "other food" category in Sambas Regency, from highest to lowest, were spent on instant noodles (Rp2,524.46 per capita per week), crackers (Rp412.33 per capita per week), other items (Rp36.57 per capita per week), and baby porridge (Rp30.48 per capita per week).

Per capita expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, divided by the number of household members. This expenditure can be grouped into two parts: food and non-food needs.
