Based on target groups, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 7,091 recipients. For the first dose, 7,091 people were vaccinated (125.34% of the target), and for the second dose, 8,372 people were vaccinated (118.07% of the target).
For public sector workers, the target was 60,230 people. The first dose vaccination reached 73,510 people (122.05% of the target), and the second dose reached 60,050 people (99.71% of the target).
For the elderly, the target was 33,250 people. The first dose was administered to 14,110 people (42.42% of the target), while the second dose reached 8,629 people (25.95% of the target).
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 367,210 people. The first dose was administered to 196,990 people (54.53% of the target), while the second dose reached 95,060 people (26.68% of the target).
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 77,890 people. The first dose was administered to 42,580 people (54.67% of the target), while the second dose reached 17,030 people (21.86% of the target).
