However, 26% of respondents, who are Korean fans in Indonesia, are reluctant to buy products promoted by their idols.

This survey indicates that, in general, a liking for Korean entertainment content can influence the purchasing desires of Indonesian consumers. The survey also found that 76% of respondents who enjoy Korean content also idolize specific Korean celebrities.

This survey was conducted on 600 respondents spread across various regions of Indonesia. All respondents were over 18 years old, with a mix of generations (Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X).
