South Kalimantan Province Exports US$963.46 Million in Coking Coal and Briquettes

South Kalimantan's October 2024 exports of coal, coke, and briquettes (SITC code 32) increased to US$963.46 million. This increase continues a five-month upward trend. Bank Indonesia (BI) reported lower monthly exports of US$913.87 million in October 2023.

South Kalimantan's customs documents record 21 exported product groups categorized by 2-digit SITC codes. Coal, coke, and briquettes (SITC code 32) had the highest export value.

Over the past 13 months, South Kalimantan's highest export value was recorded in November 2023 at US$1.07 billion, while the lowest was in July 2024 at US$687.9 million.
