Research conducted by RevoU, an edutech startup, shows that companies in the technology sector had the highest employee happiness levels in Indonesia during Q3 2021. This was measured based on the average rating and number of employee reviews.
The research indicates that GudangAda ranked first, with an average rating of 4.7 from 175 reviews. GudangAda is an e-commerce platform for online trading of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) by wholesale and retail traders.
GudangAda has overtaken Payfazz. Payfazz, which held the top spot in RevoU's previous quarter's research, now ranks second with the same rating as GudangAda (4.7), but with fewer reviews (33).
HappyFresh is in third place, achieving a rating of 4.65 from 33 reviews. Mekari and DANA follow, both with a rating of 4.55. However, Mekari received more reviews (106) than DANA (39).
RevoU conducted its research using data collected from Jobstreet and Glassdoor. If companies have the same average rating, they are ranked based on the number of reviews.
RevoU surveyed 54 companies operating in Indonesia, both in the tech and non-tech sectors. Of these, 15 of the top-ranked companies are in the tech category.
