Based on RevoU's research, Ruangguru is the tech startup or technology-based company with the highest number of new employees.

Between May 2021 and May 2022, the number of new employees at the education startup increased by 2,351.

In second place is the online marketplace Tokopedia, with 1,837 new employees during the same period.

Next is the logistics company Sicepat, with 1,554 new employees.

Following are Gojek with 1,180 new employees and J&T Express with 1,124 new employees.

Of the 10 companies with the highest number of new employees, three operate in the education sector: Ruangguru, Sekolah.mu, and Zenius.

However, recently, several education technology companies have also conducted large-scale layoffs. One example is Zenius, which laid off 200 employees at the end of May 2022.
