Badung Regency Bali Construction Cost Index Reaches 111.08 Points in 2025

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Badung Regency, Bali reached 111.08 points in 2025.

This figure rose by 0.52 points compared to last year and fell by 10.07 points in the last five years.

Referring to the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the 2025 Provincial and Regency/City IKK, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.

Based on this definition, the IKK of Badung Regency which is 111.08 points indicates that the construction cost of buildings in this area is equivalent to 1.111 times the construction cost in Surabaya.

The highest IKK is in Jembrana Regency (104.93 points), while the lowest is in Denpasar City (117.97 points).
