The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Tomohon City, North Sulawesi reached 101.2 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 1.51 points compared to last year and 0.18 points over the past five years.

Quoting the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the 2025 Provincial and Regency/City IKK, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
