Top 10 Indonesian Regions with the Highest Realization of FLPP Houses by Early 2025

The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) reports that the disbursement of funds for the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility Program (FLPP) from the beginning of this year until March 24, 2025, reached Rp5.26 trillion.

These funds were used to finance 42,613 housing units spread across 351 regencies/cities.

FLPP is a program that provides financing support or subsidies for home ownership loans (KPR) for low-income communities, funded by the government budget.

Based on region, Bekasi Regency had the highest number of disbursed housing units, namely 2,376 units, or 5.57% of the national total.

The following is a complete list of the top 10 regencies/cities with the highest number of housing units disbursed by BP Tapera through the FLPP scheme from January to March 24, 2025:

1. Bekasi Regency: 2,376 housing units
2. Bogor Regency: 1,543 units
3. Tangerang Regency: 1,362 units
4. Karawang Regency: 1,152 units
5. Kendari City: 1,098 units
6. Deli Serdang Regency: 1,071 units
7. Palembang City: 1,063 units
8. Cirebon Regency: 946 units
9. Kendal Regency: 851 units
10. Kampar Regency: 794 units.

BP Tapera also notes that private sector employees are the largest recipients of FLPP nationally, accounting for 76.89% at the beginning of this year.

Next are self-employed individuals at 12.70%, civil servants (PNS) at 5.15%, TNI/Polri at 1.82%, and others at 3.44%.
