Indonesians show a strong interest in buying homes. This is evident in the research report *Property Recap: The Youth Moves*, released by Rumah123.com in December 2024.

Rumah123.com's research also identified the most sought-after segments of the landed house market. Generally, houses priced between Rp1 billion and Rp3 billion are favored across all age groups.

Landed houses priced below Rp400 million are most popular among the 18-24 age group, accounting for 18.8%.

Meanwhile, houses priced above Rp5 billion are most favored by the 45-54 age group, with a proportion of 16.3%.

"This difference is due to the preference of younger generations to adjust their choices to their financial capabilities, which are still in the early stages of building economic stability," wrote Rumah123.com.
