Ahead of the Third 2019 Presidential Debate, 13 Survey Institutes Favor the Jokowi-Ma'ruf Pair

Joko Widodo (Jokowi), paired with Ma'ruf Amin (Ma'ruf), had a strong chance of continuing his leadership for the 2019-2024 period. This is reflected in the results of surveys conducted by 13 different institutions, released throughout January-March 2019, all of which showed the presidential/vice-presidential pair with the number 01, Jokowi-Ma'ruf, in the lead.

The latest survey results, from Konsep Indonesia (Konsepindo), released on March 13, 2019, showed Jokowi-Ma'ruf's electability at 54.8%, significantly ahead of their opponent at 34.1%. Despite this survey lead, the Jokowi-Ma'ruf pair must remain vigilant in increasing public support and engaging undecided voters. Anything could happen, as the presidential election (Pilpres) is still a month away.

Based on the graph below, the National Winning Team of Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno (Prabowo-Sandi) must work extremely hard to catch up with the incumbent president, Jokowi. In the remaining campaign period, the campaign team of number 02 can increase electability among undecided voters to help Prabowo-Sandi win the 2019 presidential election.
