PwC surveyed 4,410 CEOs across 105 countries between October and November 2022. Global and regional figures in this report are weighted proportionally to each country or region's GDP to ensure that CEO perspectives represent all major regions.

Participating CEOs represented companies with diverse revenues, ranging from less than US$100 million to over US$25 billion or more. The research was published on January 16, 2023.
