Sulawesi Barat KPU Presidential Election Real Count Update (May 6, 2019, 2:15 PM WIB): Jokowi-Maruf Leading in All Regions of West Sulawesi

The 2019 Presidential Election real count by the General Election Commission (KPU) shows Joko Widodo (Jokowi)-Ma'ruf Amin winning in all regions of West Sulawesi by 28.80%. 96.76% of the votes have been counted in West Sulawesi, coming from 3,740 polling stations (TPS). The total number of polling stations in Southeast Sulawesi is 3,865.

Jokowi-Ma'ruf received 64.4% of the vote, or 457,000 votes, while candidate pair 02, Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno, received only 252,000 votes, or 35.6%. The highest vote share for Jokowi-Ma'ruf was in Mamasa, with a margin of 71.57%. In this region, Jokowi-Ma'ruf received 84,000 votes (85.79%), while their opponent, Prabowo-Sandi, received only 13,000 votes (14.21%).

The next highest vote share for Jokowi-Ma'ruf was in Central Mamuju, with a margin of 44.74%. Candidate pair 01 received 72.37% of the vote, or 43,000 votes. In North Mamuju, Jokowi-Ma'ruf won with 66.74% of the vote, or 44,000 votes. In Mamuju, Jokowi-Ma'ruf won by 23.92%, receiving 86,000 votes. In other regions, Jokowi-Ma'ruf received 60.89% (59,000 votes in Majene) and 56.12% (138,000 votes) in Polewali Mandar.
