West Sumatra KPU Real Count Update (April 29, 2019, 3:30 PM WIB): 1.9 Million Votes for Prabowo

The real count by the General Election Commission (KPU) as of 3:30 PM WIB shows that West Sumatra remains a stronghold for the presidential candidate pair Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno. Candidate pair number 02 garnered 1,917,892 votes, or 86.11%. Candidate pair number 01, Joko Widodo-Ma'ruf Amin, only obtained 13.89%, or 309,285 votes.

Generally, Prabowo-Sandi only lost in Mentawai Islands Regency with 5,105 votes (20.78%). Meanwhile, Jokowi-Ma'ruf received 19,465 votes (79.22%). The highest vote count for Prabowo-Sandi was in Pasaman Regency, with 67,714 votes (92.23%), while Jokowi-Ma'ruf only received 5,708 votes (7.77%).

This data is from 12,851 polling stations (TPS), or 76.86% of the total. The total number of polling stations in West Sumatra Province is 16,719.
