Prihati Pujowaskito’s Net Worth, Newly Appointed President Director of BPJS Kesehatan

President Prabowo Subianto appointed Major General (Retired) Prihati Pujowaskito as the Director General of BPJS Health for the period 2026-2031, replacing Ali Ghufron Mukti.

The decision was contained in Presidential Decree No. 17/P of 2026 on the Dismissal and Appointment of the Supervisory Board and Directors of BPJS Health.

"This appointment is part of strengthening the governance and continuity of the National Health Insurance Program," said BPJS Health Public Relations Head Rizzky Anugerah in an official statement, as reported by Katadata on Thursday (19/2/2026).

Before assuming this position, Prihati was the Dean of the Faculty of Military Medicine at the University of Defense from 2023-2025.

According to the KPK's State Officials Wealth Report (LHKPN), Prihati had a wealth of Rp7.07 billion in 2024, with the reporting date being August 20, 2025.

Most of his wealth came from 8 pieces of land and houses worth Rp3.6 billion spread across Cimahi, Sukoharjo, and Garut.

Prihati also reportedly had cash and cash equivalents worth Rp2.44 billion, transportation tools worth Rp925 million, and other movable assets worth Rp100 million.

The transportation tools reportedly include two cars, namely a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq and a 2020 Honda Jazz CVT.

As of the end of 2024, the head of BPJS Health was reported to have no debts.
