IndoStrategi research shows that the eradication of corruption received the highest rating compared to other areas during the first year of President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka's administration.
This area scored 3.50 out of a 0-5 point scale. However, based on the value classification, it has not yet been categorized as good performance.
In its research, IndoStrategi grouped the assessment into three categories: 0.00-2.00 (poor performance), 2.01-4.00 (moderate performance), and 4.01-5.00 (good performance).
In contrast to the eradication of corruption, job creation was the lowest-scoring area with 2.65 points.
According to IndoStrategi, several factors may hinder job creation. From abroad, for example, export-import performance is affected by high US tariffs and low global economic growth.
"Domestically, phenomena such as layoffs (PHK) have emerged in several industrial centers. Thus, the public awaits concrete government innovation and policies to create jobs," IndoStrategi wrote in its report.
The performance assessment scores for the Prabowo-Gibran administration are as follows:
- Corruption eradication by state apparatus and institutions: 3.50 points
- Political and security stability: 3.16 points
- Democracy and freedom of expression: 3.14 points
- Government transparency and accountability: 3.12 points
- Investment and national economic growth: 3.09 points
- Price stability of goods: 3.00 points
- Law enforcement and human rights (HAM): 2.93 points
- Job creation: 2.65 points.
The research was conducted from September-October 2025, involving 424 purposively selected informants across 34 provinces, all of whom had at least a bachelor's degree (S1) and permanent employment.
The study also drew upon online and offline news sources, government documents, analyses by observers/academics, and input from 10 experts with diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
