Among various priority programs of the Indonesian government, the program considered most beneficial by the public is the free nutritious meal (MBG).
This is evident from Poltracking Indonesia's survey report titled "Evaluation of 1 Year Performance of the Prabowo-Gibran Administration".
"Out of 100% of respondents, 22.7% stated that the most beneficial program is MBG," said Hanta Yuda Rasyid, Executive Director of Poltracking Indonesia, when releasing the survey results in Jakarta, Sunday (October 19, 2025).
Besides MBG, other priority programs widely considered beneficial include wage subsidy assistance (BSU), the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS), the Smart Indonesia Card (KIP), and free healthcare services.
Below are the details of the Prabowo-Gibran priority programs considered most beneficial by the public, according to Poltracking Indonesia's survey:
- MBG: 22.7%
- BSU: 13.6%
- KIS: 11.3%
- KIP: 9.7%
- Free healthcare services: 8.8%
- Village funds: 3.9%
- Construction of 3 million subsidized homes: 3.7%
- Merah Putih Cooperatives: 3.4%
- People's Schools: 2.8%
- Construction of toll roads/trans-roads: 2.6%
- Danantara Indonesia: 1.1%
- Distribution of land certificates: 0.9%
- Port and airport transportation facilities: 0.5%
- Construction of the New Capital City (IKN): 0.1%
- Others: 5.8%
- Don't know/No answer: 9.1%
The survey also found three priority programs that respondents did not choose as beneficial, resulting in a 0% percentage.
The programs in question are Garuda Excellent Schools, revitalization of traditional markets, and the development of Special Economic Zones (KEK).
Poltracking conducted this survey face-to-face from October 3-10, 2025, involving 1,220 respondents aged 17 and above, spread across all provinces in Indonesia.
This survey used a multistage random sampling method with a margin of error of plus/minus 2.9% and a 95% confidence level.
