Djaka Budhi Appointed as Director General of Customs, Here's His Wealth

Lieutenant General TNI Djaka Budhi Utama was inaugurated as the Director General of Customs and Excise at the Ministry of Finance, replacing Askolani, on Friday, May 23, 2025.

Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto confirmed that Djaka Budhi Utama has retired from the military.

"He's retired, so there's no problem. His retirement is complete," said Airlangga after attending the inauguration of the echelon I officials at the Ministry of Finance, as reported by *Katadata.co.id*, Friday, May 23, 2025.

Previously, Djaka served as the Secretary General of the National Intelligence Agency (BIN) since October 2024.

According to the KPK's State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN), Djaka has assets worth Rp4.7 billion at the end of 2023.

The majority of his assets consist of land and buildings valued at Rp3.59 billion. This comprises two plots of land and buildings in Bogor and South Tangerang.

Djaka is also reported to have cash and cash equivalents worth Rp769.37 million, other assets worth Rp347.2 million, a Toyota Innova (2021) worth Rp256 million, and debts totaling Rp258 million.
