A Kompas Research and Development (Litbang Kompas) poll shows that 74.5% of respondents expressed satisfaction with the economic performance of Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka during the first 100 days of their leadership.

This satisfaction level is accumulated across five contributing indicators. The indicator of development equity received the highest satisfaction rating, at 75.3%.

Recently, Prabowo inaugurated 37 national strategic power projects spread across 18 provinces.

Respondent satisfaction with the government's performance in meeting domestic food needs was 74.9%. This was followed by satisfaction with empowering farmers and fishermen at 72.9%.

Furthermore, the Prabowo-Gibran administration's performance in controlling goods and services prices was appreciated by 60.1%. Meanwhile, the indicator of providing jobs or reducing unemployment received the lowest percentage, at 54%.

In line with this, the majority, or 88.5%, of respondents are optimistic that Indonesia's economy will improve in the future.

This Litbang Kompas survey involved 1,000 respondents randomly selected using a stratified systematic sampling method in 38 provinces.

Data collection was conducted from January 4-10, 2025, through telephone interviews. The survey's margin of error is approximately 3.1% with a 95% confidence level, under conditions of simple random sampling.
