Jakarta Election Committee Declares Pramono-Rano Winners of 2024 Jakarta Gubernatorial Election; Vote Distribution Detailed

The Jakarta Provincial Election Commission declared the pair numbered 3, Pramono Anung-Rano Karno, as the winners of the 2024 Jakarta Regional Elections. This decision was announced after the KPU completed the vote tabulation on Sunday (8/12/2024).

This pair, nominated by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP), garnered 2,183,239 votes, or 50.07% of the total valid votes. This means Pramono-Rano met the requirements to win the regional election in a single round.

Pramono-Anung also won in six Jakarta administrative regencies/cities: Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands Regency.

In second place was the pair Ridwan Kamil-Suswono with 1,718,160 votes, equivalent to 39.4%. Then the pair Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardhana received 459,230 votes, or 10.53%.
