Political Charter: Ganjar Pranowo's Electability Surpasses Anies and Prabowo

According to a Charta Politika survey, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo has the highest electability at 20.6% if the presidential election (Pilpres) were held now. His electability is the highest compared to other figures.

Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan is in second place with an electability of 17.8%. Following him is Minister of Defence Prabowo Subianto with an electability of 17.5%.

Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno has an electability of 7.7%. He is followed by West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil with 7.2%.

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, and Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini have electabilities of 4.2% and 3.6% respectively. Meanwhile, the electability of Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir, Speaker of the House Puan Maharani, and Chairman of the Golkar Party Airlangga Hartarto are 1.8%, 1.4%, and 1% respectively.

Charta Politika conducted the survey among 1,200 respondents across Indonesia from July 12-20, 2021. The survey used a multistage random sampling method with a margin of error of more than 2.83% and a 95% confidence level.
