PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) recorded a net profit of Rp5.57 trillion from the beginning of this year until the end of the third quarter of 2025.
Its profit increased by 9.04% compared to the same period last year (year-on-year/yoy).
This growth is in line with the increase in BSI's profit-sharing income, which grew by 12% (yoy) to Rp14.15 trillion, as shown in the chart.
According to BSI President Director Anggoro Eko Cahyo, their positive performance was also supported by their gold bank license and their capability as the largest sharia bank in Indonesia.
"With these two factors, thank God, BSI's performance can grow above that of other sharia banking industries," said Anggoro, as reported by Katadata.co.id (29/10/2025).
By the end of the third quarter of 2025, BSI's financing disbursement grew by 12.65% (yoy) to Rp300.1 trillion, and wadiah savings funds grew by 9.11% (yoy) to Rp77.08 trillion.
BSI's financing quality improved, with a gross non-performing financing (NPF) ratio of 1.84%.
By the end of September 2025, BSI's total asset value reached Rp416.57 trillion, an increase of 1.95% compared to the end of December 2024.
