According to Parijat Banerjee, Global Head of Business Services at LatentView Analytics, banks that provide online services are becoming the best banks in many countries. He believes this reflects the impact of the pandemic on customer habits in conducting digital transactions.
“Over the past two years, banking has rapidly adopted digital technology, allowing customers to enjoy a more reliable, faster, and personalized experience. This is necessary to attract millennial and Gen Z customers,” said Parijat Banerjee, as reported by Forbes, Tuesday (11/4/2023).
