These are the Productive Sectors with the Highest Online Loan Disbursements in June 2022

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) report notes that online loan disbursement in the productive sector reached Rp8.87 trillion in June 2022. This amount is equivalent to 42.93% of the total national loan disbursement of Rp20.67 trillion during that period.

The largest online loan disbursement was in the wholesale and retail trade sector, totaling Rp3.11 trillion.

Next, Rp1.28 trillion was disbursed to the accommodation and food and beverage sector. Then, online loan disbursement to the sector producing goods and services by households to meet their own needs amounted to Rp887.46 billion.

Following this, online loans were disbursed to the finance and insurance sector totaling Rp773.54 billion, followed by loans to other service sectors (Rp713.40 billion), transportation and warehousing (Rp499.55 billion).

Subsequently, the largest online loan disbursements were to the arts, entertainment, and recreation sector (Rp415.97 trillion), real estate (Rp234.23 trillion), and construction (Rp220.29 trillion).

Meanwhile, loan disbursement to the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector amounted to Rp201.02 billion.

Online loans in June 2022 were disbursed to 17.18 million borrowers. The number of borrowers increased by 4.81% (mom) compared to the previous month. It was recorded that the majority, or 14.07 million borrowers, came from the Java region, equivalent to 81.89% of the total national borrowers.

From the lender's side, the number reached 10.72 million entities with a value of Rp20.41 trillion in June 2022.
