Bali Region Food Prices Tuesday (7/5): Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (7/5/2024) at 15:56 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include dry soybean (import), farmer-level corn, simple packaged cooking oil, medium rice, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, curly red chilies, skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp1,590 (4.26%) to Rp38,880 per kg. Skipjack tuna prices decreased the most by Rp2,160 (7.91%) to Rp25,160 per kg.
