Latest Food Prices in D.I. Yogyakarta: Beef, Bird's Eye Chili, and Chicken Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in D.I. Yogyakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (15/11/2025) at 02:30 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 12 increased and 10 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include large red chilies, premium rice, consumption sugar, medium rice, and red bird's eye chilies.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, skipjack tuna, Minyakita cooking oil, mackerel, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chilies saw the highest increase of Rp2,357 (4.46%) to Rp55,214 per kg. Red curly chilies experienced the deepest drop of Rp822 (1.8%) to Rp44,905 per kg.

8. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp34,974 per kg (up 1.94%)
9. Garlic Bulbs: Rp29,846 per kg (down 0.27%)
10. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,476 per kg (up 0.5%)
