Lampung Region's Daily Food Prices: Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (9/5/2024) at 15:49 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, chicken eggs, garlic bulbs, pure beef, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, farmer-level corn, skipjack tuna, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) prices surged the highest by Rp290 (2.53%) to Rp11,750 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red curly chilies decreased the least by Rp930 (2.52%) to Rp36,020 per kg.
