Lampung Food Price Update Today: Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down (Monday, December 18, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 13:51 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, broiler chicken, medium rice, and corn at the farmer level.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, milkfish, garlic bulbs, pure beef, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp630 (2.07%) to Rp31,110 per kg. Red chilies saw the lowest price decrease of Rp2,820 (3.9%) to Rp69,510 per kg.
