PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has increased the prices of non-subsidized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in 5.5 kg and 12 kg cylinders as of April 18, 2026.
This price adjustment for LPG marketed under the Bright Gas brand marks the first adjustment since 2023, driven by the impact of conflict in the Middle East, which has pushed up global crude oil prices.
In several regions, including Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, and West Nusa Tenggara, the price of 5.5 kg non-subsidized LPG surged by 18.89%, from Rp90,000 per cylinder to Rp107,000 per cylinder.
Meanwhile, the price of 12 kg LPG in those areas rose by 18.75%, from Rp192,000 to Rp228,000 per cylinder.
Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) of Batam get lower prices compared to other provinces such as Aceh, Kalimantan, Maluku, and Papua.
These listed prices apply at the agent level within a 60 km radius from LPG bulk filling and transportation stations (SPBE). For locations beyond this radius, additional distribution costs may apply at reasonable rates.
The prices already include agent margins, value-added tax (VAT), and income tax (PPh) in accordance with applicable regulations.
