Today's Food Prices in Central Java: Prices of Chilies, Chicken, and Salt Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 16:28 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased in price and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), SPHP rice, chicken eggs, bulk wheat flour, and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, premium rice, red chilies, shallots, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp340 (1.8%) to Rp19,220 per kg. Bulk cooking oil prices decreased the most, by Rp140 (0.82%) to Rp17,000 per liter.
