Food Prices Today (21/11) in East Java: Chili and Egg Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (21/11/2025) at 17.39 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 5 commodities decreased.

The only commodity that increased in price was broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chili, red onion, large red chili, red bird's eye chili, and broiler chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken meat commodity jumped the highest by Rp91 (0.25%) to Rp35,955 per kg. The price of curly red chili dropped the sharpest by Rp643 (1.39%) to Rp45,738 per kg.
