Latest Food Prices in Banten: Salt Prices Up, Beef Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (September 7, 2025) at 08:07 AM WIB, out of 25 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 18 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increasing prices are packaged cooking oil, packaged wheat flour, bulk wheat flour, medium rice, and red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, farmer-level corn, pure beef, milkfish, and Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Consumption salt prices increased the most by Rp2,375 (24.68%) to Rp12,000 per kg. Meanwhile, mackerel prices decreased the sharpest by Rp41,600 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.

5. Garlic Bulbs: Rp33,000 per kg (down 6.68%)
6. Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp21,000 per liter (up 6.28%)
7. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,500 per kg (down 3.16%)
8. Minyakita: Rp16,000 per liter (down 4.76%)
9. Premium Rice: Rp15,500 per kg (up 1.84%)
