Today's Food Prices in Lampung: Chili, Salt, and Onion Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (11/9/2024) at 2 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and medium-grain rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, broiler chicken meat, granulated sugar, chicken eggs, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp940 (3.56%), reaching Rp27,320 per kg. Broiler chicken meat prices decreased the most, by Rp670 (1.95%), reaching Rp33,660 per kg.
