Jambi Food Price Update Today: Beef Prices Up, Chili Prices Down (Saturday, March 30, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 2:30 PM WIB, out of 20 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are granulated sugar, Indian mackerel, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as layer chicken eggs, farmer-level corn, red chilies, broiler chicken, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Indian mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,090 (3.22%) to Rp34,990 per kg. Milkfish had the lowest price decrease of Rp2,190 (7.4%) to Rp27,390 per kg.
