Current Food Prices in East Java, What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (10/1/2025) at 11:30 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, kembung fish, simple packaged cooking oil, garlic bulbs, and medium-grain rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, dry soybean (import), packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of kembung fish increased the most, by Rp1,660 (5.48%) to Rp31,930 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (import) decreased the most sharply, by Rp650 (6.69%) to Rp9,070 per kg.
