Current Food Prices in D.I. Yogyakarta Region: Oil, Red Chili, and Beef Prices Decline

Prices of several food commodities in D.I. Yogyakarta today were observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency's (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (13/11/2025) at 02:30 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are premium rice, consumption sugar, red bird's eye chili, broiler eggs, and curly red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour, packaged cooking oil, red onion, medium rice, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The consumption salt commodity surged the highest by Rp554 (4.75%) to Rp12,206 per kg. Meanwhile, milkfish prices dropped the deepest by Rp1,367 (3.49%) to Rp37,833 per kg.
