Latest Central Java Food Prices: Chicken Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Saturday (11/1/2025) at 11:53 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 15 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are dry soybean (import), pure beef, SPHP rice, broiler chicken, and bulk flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, skipjack tuna, milkfish, packaged flour (non-bulk), and fine iodized salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of dry soybean (import) increased the most, by Rp230 (2.47%) to Rp9,560 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red onion decreased the most, by Rp2,020 (5.39%) to Rp35,480 per kg.
