Current Food Prices in Central Java, What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (19/6/2024) at 11.07 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, chicken eggs, iodized fine salt, granulated sugar, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, dry soybean (import), red chilies, bulk wheat flour, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,600 (15.31%), reaching Rp12,050 per kg. Premium rice saw the sharpest price drop of Rp710 (4.59%), reaching Rp14,770 per kg.
