Current Food Prices in D.I Yogyakarta Region: Salt, Beef, and Rice Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in D.I Yogyakarta today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (12/11/2025) at 14.30 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 9 increased and 10 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include mackerel, medium rice, packaged cooking oil, large red chili, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as premium rice, SPHP rice, shallots, curly red chili, and red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices jumped the highest by Rp400 (1.03%) to Rp39,200 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices dropped the sharpest by Rp3,500 (7.17%) to Rp45,318 per kg.
