Current Food Prices in Bali: Prices of Sugar, Onions, and Chilies Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (29/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, skipjack tuna, garlic bulbs, bulk wheat flour, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, chicken eggs, simple packaged cooking oil, premium rice, and broiler chicken decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most, by Rp1,480 (4.24%) to Rp36,350 per kg. The price of curly red chilies decreased the most, by Rp360 (2.09%) to Rp16,900 per kg.
