Lampung Food Price Update Today: Chili, Egg, and Rice Prices Increase (Wednesday, February 7, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (7/2/2024) at 13:37 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, pure beef, red chilies, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, granulated sugar, bulk wheat flour, milkfish, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp2,510 (5.75%) to Rp46,160 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the least, by Rp750 (2.62%) to Rp27,840 per kg.
