Today's Food Prices (Dec 18) in Bali: Onions Up, Bird's Eye Chilies Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today were observed to be lower than yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (Dec 18, 2025) at 3:16 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 3 decreased.

The commodities with increased prices are red onions and large red chilies.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as imported soybeans, red bird's eye chilies, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onions experienced the highest increase of Rp750 (1.56%) to Rp48,861 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red bird's eye chilies saw the sharpest decline of Rp5,861 (8.24%) to Rp65,306 per kg.
